Our car has run only 24000 kms and we had to spend Rs.25000 for its repair which is pathetic.Authorized Service center changed the clutch parts by scaring us that if we do not change it then car can stop on the road anytime.But that was not the case as I had myself given the car for servicing by self-driving for 30kms till the service center and there was no problem at all as my car has only run 20000 kms.If the clutch plate is destroyed in just 24000 kms then it is either poor quality of your company's machine parts or the service center has changed the parts without requirement and charged us Rs.25k.And also while asking to change the parts, the estimate given was different and the final bill amount was different and when asked about the difference, they said they have changed 1 more part worth Rs.6000 without our approval.And also basic things to be done is servicing was missing like placing the mudguard in place and repairing the back sensor which are clearly visible and damaged gear which was perfectly fine before servicing. And after charging Rs.25000, they were saying that we have charged you Rs.150 less for service. What a joke to not charge Rs, 150 in a bill of Rs. 25000. Please stop fooling customers who are loyal to you as we also had Hyundai Santro before Verna. And also, yesterday's service makes me feel cheated and will never trust Hyundai again and also advice people not to trust unless some appropriate action is taken by Hyundai.
