Hyundai Motor India — Wrong billing and Misbehavior from Harsh Hyundai, Rewari (Haryana) | |||
This is to bring to your notice the level of extreme harassment created to the customers . I had visited “Harsh Hyundai” workshop for a Accidental Repairing . I had initially come with a Rs.[protected]/- budget checkup by the concerned service advisor, Hyandai Service Adviser (Mr.Vijay and Mr. Ankur ) calling again and again increase demands and during this I can come about 3 to 4 times. On enquiring repeatedly about the gigantic bill & the unnecessary & unwanted additions in the material (extra components) & labour costs attached to my final bill, I finally Pay 79000 after that i can complain they can rembuisment 10000 Rs . I don't know why such innocent staff is working there who don't know anything. If customer calls they either disconnect call o, keep on hold or no answer . Why Harsh hyundai is doing charity on such staff ? . I want justice from the Director of the Consumer affairs & fair business practices of Hyundai – India & need the extra money to be compensated to me that I had to shell out for a default system displaying wrong pricing of parts & components thereby increasing the estimate & final bill exponentially to unbelievable heights beyond our paying capacity.
