Hyundai Motor India — Wrong information about the feature of car | |||
I purchased hyundai eon era + on 25th december, 2015 from the dealer b m hyundai, dehradun. The sales executive informed me that era+ have manual central locking but that feature was not in my car. When i reported the dealer, they said that company deleted that feature without prior information to the dealer. How is it possible that hyundai motors does not update the dealers for alterations in the features of any variant of car? As a customer i want reasonable solution to the issue that dealer cheated on me by concealing the fact on the current feature of the car. This type of practices from dealer may affect the goodwill of hyundai. Was this information helpful? | |||
