Hyundai Motor India — Wrong spare part sold to me forcefully with assurance that it's the correct part!

I went to shiv automotives llp (shiv mobis) in narayan peth in pune. i met mr. jayesh (his mobile no: [protected] / [protected]) to replace my hyundai i20's underneath engine cover. he very confidently gave me a part which looked doubtful to me whether it's the right part or not. i pointed it out to him to verify if this is the correct part. so he insisted me to bring the car itself to his shop so he can check it himself. so i went back and brought the car outside his shop and he rechecked and he still stuck with the same part he gave earlier and said with 120% confidence and boasted in front of his staff (mr. amit) and said that he has 30 years of experience in this field and assured me to still buy the part as it's the correct one. so i purchased the car part in good faith and when i took it to the mechanic, he said that i have purchased the wrong engine cover. so i called mr. jayesh several times but he didn't even bother to come on the phone or even call me back. instead, he instructed his staff to tell me that we do not do returns. please tell me what is my mistake in this situation!??!!
I am a retired senior citizen aged 68 years old and this is the treatment that i receive even though i am a loyal hyundai customer for the last 20 years!!! i had to buy a new part all over again and get it fixed and this unwanted engine cover which mr. jayesh has influenced me in purchasing is lying in the boot of my car.
