Hyundai Motor India — Zero experience staff | |
Dear hyundai i ankit sonavane as a customer of hyundai am really very disappointed with the hyundai venue that i have purchased. It's just been 4 months from purchase and the water has been started leaking inside the car from the driver's door. I have also visited service center named (Arsh hyundai) regarding this issue they told they have fixed the problem but for the second time the water is now started to enter the cabin. After talking to the customer car manager mrs. Reshmi more which is unable to help me with the issue and the business head named (Mr. Naresh naidu) which by told to me that the car is alright and no leaking problem would arise but is now proved to be uncapable in their work. There is also a right side driver's door painting work to be pending they have done about 3 times painting on that door but are not able to match the color of door. It's been 7 times that i have visited the service center for the same issue and i have got no resolve regarding the same.in this period of corona pandemic these people are making me travel thier service center for every now and then. They as well as hyundai seem to have no concern regarding our lives. Therefore it's my humble request to hyundai to please please make a strict action against such service centers and make my problem solve. Was this information helpful? | |
