Dear Sir,
I have approached several departments of the company complaining about the tyres defect and no one is listening to my problem. I have purchased a car in May 2013 and it has driven almost 22k kilometers and the internal wires of the tyres are broken the inspector from the tyre company says that the allignement was not done in time as well as the rotation. The record with the company says something else. I have approached different dealers, regional office central office. Lastly i have written to the MD as well. I have got no response till date. Please help. I have registered my first complaint with company in August.
