I purchased a Hyundai Verna car in the month of July, 2013 having registration no. UP20AH1005. Within 3 months of purchase, all the 5 tyres including the back-up tyre got punctured multiple times. The complaints for the same were raised telephonically many times to the service centres and Hyundai dealers but the issue was not addressed. Last week, after lodging a complaint with the Hyundai services, a representative visited and then I was told that nothing can be done since this is not an issue with the manufacturing. The response was quite disapproving for me as it is not possible that all the tyres get punctured repeatedly. It ought to be a manufacturing defect.
I request you to kindly address this issue and help me get my car repaired as my car is non- functional since last month. I will be highly obliged if I get justice on my case Was this information helpful? |
