Hi,
I have spent approximately 6000rs for remove scratchs and some other miscellaeanous things but after one day we noticed there was a big scratch left and I went back to the agency and explained them the issue. The team there instead of helping me on this matter, behaved very aggresively. I was totally shocked to see such behaviour from an expereince employee there. I am not sure but I think his name is Subhash. This is the first time I had such a bad expereince in my entire iefe dealing with any party. The staff was not cooperative and the issue was very minor but instead of just solving it they kept on defending them without any reason. I even told them that it does not look like a big task but that man reacted very-2 aggresively on my statement which was very shocking for me. He then left without telling anything and my problem was handled by another very good staff and he solved it in less than 5 minutes. Is it the way the Hyundai staff delas with the customers?? If yes then strict action should be taken against such staff to set an example. A customer is always ready to spend money which directly becomes profit fo the dealer but in return expect some respect and output. The experience was really2 worst for me and I am not looking to buy any Hyundai car in my life if such peolpe exist in the company.
