Hyundai — provided no details of booking records after depositing the booking amount

I have issued an ioi of rs 50000 as a booking amount of new verna sxo to s n hyundai dealer at balurghat dakshin dinajpur on 25/09/2017 and repeatedly asked him about the booking confirmation reference but he is unable to give me the reference against my booking. Even they have no idea about the car whether it is in transit or not, at the time of booking they assured me that they will deliver me the car before 17/10/2017 i. E. Before dhanteras and from last two days they are fooling me by saying that car is in transit and will reach balurghat by 15 th october evening thenafter they told at 16th october they will give me the delivery of the car.
