Hyundai — Regarding Service of my Hundai Xcent

Sir, With due respect i would like to inform you that i am a owner of Hyundai Xcent. The said vehicle met with a road traffic Accident on 01/07/2015 and therefore i give it to Hyundai authorized service center situated at Rongajan in dist- Golaghat, Assam for making it but till date they not provide me any service and the service persons all the time answer me that parts of Hyundai xcent are not available. is it true? being an advocate before going to file any consumer case i want to know is the parts of Hyundai Xcent are really not available or the service center mislead me. I am very much unsatisfied with the service. As per my advice more than 3 people buy Hyundai xcent but in this situation how can i say to other persons that hyundai have good service towards its customer?
