Hyundai — Review of dealer "akash hyundai"

My voyge of inconvinience with hyundi.

I have purchased a hyundai grand & since then over 1 year the following have happened & been experienced.

Wrong name on sales certificate, retail invoice, insurance.
I have purchased my vehical from akash hyundai located at lanka in the state of assam and since then i have never been able to relish the hyundai's fuss free ownership experience. Upon purchasing the vehical i have received sales certificate, retail invoice, insurance with serious spelling mistakes, where as as per my memory i have handed over 3 copies of my driving license which should have been used as referance to enter my name, address into the customer relation management software of hyundai. I informed regarding the glitch to the lady at the dealer, but she was very rude and disconnected the phone. I then have raised the issue to hyundai through the voice support & then i had to take up the harasment to have to drive to a new city to a branch office of the same dealer located at nh37, senchowa, nagaon in the state of assam, which is 65 kms far from my place adding special topping of harasment. However there the issue with the documents were resolved and i then decided to continue the service related relation with that branch of dealer. They took a good care of the 1st servicing of my car and so far i was happy.

Fake commitments made.
Unfortunately in the month of october 2015, i met with an accident and to get the car repaired i walked in to akash hyundai located at nh37, senchowa in the state of assam, and it was a good experience of handing over the car to the dealer for incurance claim & repair. I patiently waited for the approx time of delivery as printed on the job sheet but no communication was made to me regarding the status, so i followed up the dealer over phone and everytime there was fake commitments made that it will be done today, tomorrow, will take a week more. Thus i lost my faith and escalated the issue to hyundai over email and then things got back into track. Then within 2-3 days my car was made ready for delivery. Also i was informed that there was a dislocation of the local spare parts ware house in the city of guwahati so there was the dealy. Now this again raises serious question on the administration, management of hyundai. Shifting of a warehouse is not that big of an issue that availability & receiption of spare part from logistics can't be traced out! So, again disappointing experience. Purchased hyundai for it's reputed fuss free service, but again it was full of fuss.

Misbehave by gateman
On 30th of march 2016 i walked into the dealer akash hyundai located at nh37, senchowa in the state of assam to get the insurance of my car renewed. Interacted with mr prasenjit and the experience was really good. Had a hassel free insurance renual. Now as i walked out of the showroon i found my car was sandwiched between 2 other cars from left side & the rear. So i have requested a gate man to help me moving the car parked at the back of my car so that i could get my car out and be my way home. The gateman tried to start the car but there was some breakdown so the car wont start. Then i said him to call someone and lets get the car manually displaced. He then walked away & went to the new car delivery ramp where a brand new creta was made ready for delivery, and he started to indulge himself in some irrelavant task on the car. I then said him that can we have some men power to get the car out & he then very rudely said me to go and speak to the customer relations manager. Now that was very rude and made me think "what kind of administration does the dealer have when a grade iv escalates ground level issues to grade i staff of the dealer" . I have then escalated the issue to hyundai over email, and i received an apology letter & also a letter that all work on my car was done upto satisfaction. That was pre-written on the letter head of the dealer & i was asked to sign on it. I signed on the same judging the issue on the grounds of humanity as there might be job cuts, salary put on hold etc etc as there was indirect pressure on me.

Asking for good feedback & grade
During the 2nd servicing it was diagonised that both the rear speakers of my car was not working. However the dealer did keep a note of the part number and i was said that i will receive an update, but no approx time margin was informed. Also, i was requested that i should be giving them good feedback and they promised me of good service, so you see after investing 6 lacks anyone will compromise a bit for the promised care of the car. So as usual i did declare that there is no issue associated with my car. Also during the 2nd service once i paid off the bill, i was given a feedback form and there i marked the quality of washing with 9 instead of full 10 as i found oil stains on the car. The lady then yeilled on me saying me to mark the washing with 10 as 9 means a bad thing to hyundai regarding the dealer. So the million dollar question is, if i am given a feedback form so what is the use of me filling it out, if i need to fill it on someone else's views and wish? Also, how was the car made for delivery ready before a qc was made? This means there is no final checkup arrangement/team at the dealer! Was surprising & shocking to know.

So, i one year from sales to service i have experienced the above at a dealer named akash hyundai at it's branch's in lanka & nagaon, and it was a terrible experience of owning a hyundai. I purposely purchased hyundai as i have past experience of hyundai's best in class after sales in places like mp, gujarat but here in assam when it is concerned to the mentioned dealer it was a big let down.
