Hyundai — unsatisfactory service; fraud service centre

My hyundai santro xing reg no jh 01 g 2408 was sent for servicing to the a frontier hyundai service centre located in matiala near dps school sector 3, dwarka on 05 nov 2017 for which the billing was done on the invoice of

The service was unsatisfactory due to unavailability of parts and poor workmanship. Despite more than 24 hours at the service station the vehicle was delivered on 06 nov 2017.
The following issues are being emphasised:

1. The complaint regarding overheating of the engine was included in the job
Card (Car not held with me) but no work regarding the same was carried out and the vehicle was delivered to me on 06 nov 2017. On the same day the vehicle driven by my wife was about to catch fire near air force station subroto park due to the loss of engine coolant. The air force personnel manning the gate rescued my wife and sons and a major catastrophe was averted. On contacting the service advisor mr dheeraj, he said that he forgot to carry out that job. I therefore contacted the service head and he promised to send me a repair team. The service center sent a repair car and my vehicle was again sent to the service center for the repairs which were already listed on the job card. The lackadaisical attitude of the staff and the management had nearly cost the lives of my dear ones. On the second service day ie 07 nov 2017, the center charged me rs 3997 to cover up their goo[censored]p and included the items which were unavailable with them a day prior. (I'm surprised that how were the items made available in a day's time!!!). This bill had no mention of the accident which had occurred due to their negligence.

2. After the service for which i had paid more than rs 18000/- which included the entire engine checkup and service, the vehicle failed the pollution test. Copy of the pollution test carried on 09 aug 2017 and the one carried out after the service on 22 nov 2017 is attached. It is noteworthy that the vehicle had passed the test 3 months back and after the service it failed a pollution test. (What a service!!) the anti pollution drive by the delhi police has put us in an embarrassing position at a lot of times.

3. The exorbitant service charge and the poor service of the station which had nearly led to an accident due to the engine catching fire and failing pollution tests is appalling. The mental harassment and stress it has caused to my entire family has to be compensated. The management of the frontier hyundai was non empathetic and was in a hurry to wash their hands off the entire episode.

4. You are requested to kindly resolve this issue.

UP704079 hai ...aj k bd na hi mai car loga na hi kbhi service kr waoga car service centre se laoga bhi nhi pardi rhe vahi
