I purchsed a brand new I 20 car on 24 th October 2019 with the registration number KL43 -M -6565 and chasis number MALBM51RLKM752042 from the dealer Popular Hyundai Vytiila, Kochi, Kerala. Everything was nice with the car. But on[protected], there was a starting trouble with the car and the same was reported with the Hyundai Road Assistance. They made a commendable job, a techiinician came first and within 1 hour their fleet came and collected the car to Popular Hyundai Vytiila .After two days they diagnosed the issue and told me that a part (PCKmodule)is to be replaced and the same is to be despatched from Delhi. On[protected]I made a follow up regading this they told me that they have placed an order. Then I asked whether it is despatched from Delhi they told not yet despatched.
After that I regulaly make follow up calls with service centre and some they tell me that it is despatchef from and sometimes tell it is to be despatched
It is a Brand New car and only done 20000 km and under warranty. But even after 11 days the compny is not able to answer whether the spare is despatched from from Delhi
I tried to reach hyundais complaint register numbers several . But they are not functioning. Then 19 th March a wrote a mail to Hyumdai India regarding this but not yet a reply from their end.
Being an employee with All India Radio, Kochi and have to attend the office a everyday I asked for a spare car with them. But that also not materialised
This way Hyundai India is cheating a new customer like me
