[Resolved] I Need Trip — terrible experience | |||||
Such a terrible experience i never expected from i need trip. After 4 days of negotiation, we finally arrived at consensus in the afternoon. But, to my utter surprise and dismay, you guys didn't even keep your words. We agreed on the price of rs x net for 6 nights. I was shocked that although everything was finalized and agreed upon on the call, thry again increased the cost of the package. You guys should keep better communication within your team. Earlier a guy named tushar was coordinating with me for the trip and all inclusions/exclusions with room type were agreed with him. Then came another executive nupur. Don't know how you guys handle your customers. Tushar gave me the quotations for sky loft room. You degraded the room type too. Such a poor customer experience. You guys can't even keep your words for 4 hours, what to expect of the trip It has been a very horrible and disgusting experience with you guys. I will never recommend i need trip to anyone. Even the flights fare have increased so much. Who will compensate for the increased flight fare. You guys have broken my trust completely. My whole trip has been ruined.
