I-On — Account ION_00680 not received refund yet after 4 months

Address: D-VoiS Communications Pvt Ltd.KHR House,11/1 Palace Road,Bangalore 560 052.

I have disconnected my broadband in 2022 and the refundable deposit is not yet received from ION after 4 months.It is really annoying to call your customer care daily. The company is acting like they are cheats and not interested to refund the amount.
