    Downloading speed of wifi is too slow and my plan is of 15 mbps pr i am not even able to get a speed above 1 mbps so kindly take a note on it.

        While taking new connection they said to pay 4900rupees for 6 months connection and they set the broadband and with out router. The plan of 6months is 2944. so now i want discontinue to services, but they even not responding properly whether refund is there or not, I dont know even they refund half of amount or not

          Hello,

          It's not request at all now. It's high time because I'm completely fade with your internet connection and service. Daily I have suffered with worst net speed. I couldn't even download or upload file approx 10 to 15mb at a stretch. So I just want to disconnect this internet because you just charge for it but never ever give atleast half of the actual plans speed which I have taken. So just resolve the speed issue till my plan expiry or else return my money back now.

            As in this situation we are working from home and due to internet issues we are not able to work and it is going Absent and it is directly impacting my salary.

            And for this totally D-VoiS is responsible.

            I am paying full amount but not getting proper service.

            And after many follow up not getting permanent solution.

            Even though customer support also not responding to our calls.

            It's clearly indicates that you are just looting money and not resolving internet issue.

            I am going to file case against your agency.

            As we are paying full amount but no internet service your providing and due to that i am losing my salary and job.

                                    Hi Team, From the past week, I am facing a serious Internet connectivity failure. Dates for the tickets raised are as follows: 24th November 2020, 28th November 2020 and 29th November 2020. I am unable to work/view anything due to the loss of Internet connection.

                                    It has become a frequent issue and I am fed up with the service which is being provided!

                                    Each time a ticket is raised and worked upon, it worked for 1-4 hours and then the same problem comes back!

                                      My ID is Tomi Mathew. My area is Indira nagar-Nashik. Even after giving several complaints, the internet speed is, on an average of 25 to 30 mpps only as company is offered 100 plus mpps Also no service is getting on sundays.

                                      So look into it and expect that my complaint will be addressed immediately

                                        I've been using the same dye to do my hair. Today I touched it up. ITS NO WHERE NEAR THE SAME!!! It takes a lot to get your hair light enough for blue to stay! Now its DARK GRAY AND ###!!! IM SOOOO PISSED!
