Hi customer care,

I am facing after every 2 days internet issue.

As in this situation we are working from home and due to internet issues we are not able to work and it is going Absent and it is directly impacting my salary.

And for this totally D-VoiS is responsible.

I am paying full amount but not getting proper service.

And after many follow up not getting permanent solution.

Even though customer support also not responding to our calls.

It's clearly indicates that you are just looting money and not resolving internet issue.

I am going to file case against your agency.

As we are paying full amount but no internet service your providing and due to that i am losing my salary and job.

Technician not visiting even after several calls

Internet connectivity going down frequently
Worst internet service provider

Hi Team, From the past week, I am facing a serious Internet connectivity failure. Dates for the tickets raised are as follows: 24th November 2020, 28th November 2020 and 29th November 2020. I am unable to work/view anything due to the loss of Internet connection.

It has become a frequent issue and I am fed up with the service which is being provided!

Each time a ticket is raised and worked upon, it worked for 1-4 hours and then the same problem comes back!

My ID is Tomi Mathew. My area is Indira nagar-Nashik. Even after giving several complaints, the internet speed is, on an average of 25 to 30 mpps only as company is offered 100 plus mpps Also no service is getting on sundays.

So look into it and expect that my complaint will be addressed immediately

Hi this is Ankur my id is si_ankur204. I have 60mbps plan for 6months but twice or thrice in a week I suffer with internet speed or ping issue. This 3rd time I'm writing you a complaint mail. My provider ask me to connect the fiber optic connection. He install that and got paid. But still I suffer with issue mentioned above. So there is no sense to continue with your this type of service. I'll discontinue once my plan will be expire. Really very frustrated this time.

My internet disconnects on regular intervals & when i complaint in their customer care they take the complaint & close it without our feedback / response ... i have complaint multiple times but each time the complaint gets closed & i have to face the same problem ...
I have paid them for 12 months so now they are just ignoring my complaint as they have received their money & made handsome profits ..

The internet is not working enough, even I have changed my router,
The router is showing that the Internet has started, but is not actually working,

I have a speed of 25 MB per second but in real time it is not giving the same speed, every time it disconnects.

It also takes time to send messages on WhatsApp

I am complainting office to this issue but no one is coming to resolve it.. service is very poor.. technician person n ofc staff is unprofessional and don't have sense to talk to customer
