I-on Broadband Bangalore — no internet connection half of month

Hi,

I have registered a complaint about my internet connection on 13 August and the service providers is not Reay to give the service for me till today 17 August. I have called them and I have visited the branch office but they will tell within half an hour they will come and now 5 days over no one company and check...

From the day one on the connection I'm facing problem with ion internet connection, every month 15 day's will work balance will not work

Could you please take action for this service providers
