Sir, We are sorry to inform you that we had applied for a Internet facility of your company in last month, but due to some problems the Internet connection is cut-off because of which we are unable to do our work. We are very much frustrated with all these daily disconnection and giving a call to your call centre and all these hazards. so we hereby request you to please refund our money as we are fed up with all these daily routine .
