I am feeling extremely disappointed to express the dissatisfaction I have faced in the last one week.
I call the customer care on Saturday 4th September, 2021 to request a new connection for ion broadband fiber. I got a call 2 hours later asking for the details which i shared. I was informed that they created my id and password and forwarded the same to the local office.
I checked next evening and found the local office guys didn't recieve any id password with my registered mobile number. I waited for one week and again checked on 11th September, 2021. Again the local office guys had not received any id or password with my registered mobile number. Neither had i recieved any sms for the same till date.
I called the customer care again and got to know that the sales department had not yet created any id or password for me. I expect you to understand my irritation on knowing this.
However the agent on the other end informed it will be done asap. Now its already 2 whole days with no results.
It is very annoying that for a simple internet connection we have to take so much pain. I donot know as a customer who to go to to get a simple net connection in this digital time. This is really exhausting if I have to constantly follow up for your work.
If this is not the right place please let me know where I can address this.
