I've been using their services for quite some time now. While most other internet service provider's service is uninterrupted in kharghar, navi mumbai,, my internet isn't working from the last 3 days.
Complaints with customer care, local office have yielded no results apart from fake promises. Now the customer care is not reachable via the phone. I called up the area manager and he insulted me saying he made a mistake by receiving my call. I'd renewed only before a few days and i've lost all hope that the services can resume as the people involved appear incapable and resorting to providing incorrect information.
The area manager's response was outrageous and totally unacceptable. You don't talk to a customer who has been loyal to you for so many years in such uncourteous manner. We call because we pay and we believe that getting service and a proper, responsible answer is our right as consumers.
I urge the top bosses to take a serious note of this and give a feedback if they initiate and inquiry into this. Was this information helpful? |
