[Resolved] I-On — Fluctuating internet connection and very poor response on complaint

I have raised complaints on 19th, 21st and 22nd for internet down or slow internet but no one attends complaint and get very poor response on customer care.
Another issue about availability of plans. every time planes get changed and become more costlier. I don't have option to chose less GB plan and end up paying more money
