[Resolved] I-On — For refer connection | |||
Dear Managment, This is shoeb manik my customer ID is manik218 & mobile no:-[protected] a member more then 1 year. I am writing this mail to you to complain regarding references. I had refer to my brother via customer care and went to mumbra ion office for connection the lady after asking its refer so she told us their is no beetel machine available right now it will take 3 to 4 days for installing. Then i had complained to the manager he had sent 1 person to my brother address to install. But the person visited my brother house and told the point is far from installing point and the rain is coming it will be break from winds and not able to install the connection. My point is being the greatest network why ion person is not installing n giving the excuses of wind or wire is thin as other local wifi provider is providing the wifi in tue same address. I request you to look in to the matter as being ion is the greatest wifi provider in mumbra not accept such a silly excuse from your team.
