This is might be India's worst service provider. I-on internet disconnected very frequent with no reason, customer care person tooks ample of time to resolve a complaint such as power On, plugged or unplugged error, restart of modem irrespective of distance between office and customer (within 100 meter). Lodge a complaint on 25.08.2020 at 11.00 Am with ticket no. TKT3903185, for no internet from 24.08.2020 at 20.30 pm onwards. The reason is related to power supply which could not resolve in more than 40 hrs. There attitudes are like typical government officers you have to request them, pleased them, beg for support.
Even though they are not providing senior's contact number or email address. I-on do not have grievance redressal mechanism, everything settled at there level at there own discretion. Was this information helpful? |
