I have lots of issues with Ion broadband.
Starting from the customer service.
It's seems like no one is bothered about I-on customers.
Specially the service provider of Mumbra location.
If there is Internet disconnection we have to wait for 2-3 days to get the issue resolved.
This indicates pathetic service from your end.
If you are not able to provide proper service to the customer why are you running this internet service.
At people will save their money and will have some peace of mind.
Every other day there no internet connection for some reason.
Is this the way you people are running a business.
I'm very disappointed with your service provider in Mumbra location.
You should expand the technical people to provide timely service.
As you must be having huge customers in Mumbra.
The reason Im writing this long email conversation because Im very frausted with your pathetic service.
Will your people will be able to resolve my issue in this decade?
Seriously I will take this matter to the higher level as much as I can.
If people have little thing also the please reply.
