My user name is nbc_hemant1983 and I am using ION since 2 years almost.
All seems well before the Corona pendamic started.
After this I have raised at least 20 complaints so far and the response and the time required to resolve the issue is pathetic.
You can only raise complaints through the App. There is not a single phone number that is available to complaint. Even the phone numbers given on the sites are not working which is shame for the company. We can not escalate the issues as there is no escalation matrix given to the customers.
I have lost all faith in this now and I am searching for a better connection to through this ION connection from my home. Was this information helpful? |
