I-On — internet down and unresponsive customer care

My internet has been down since almost 10 days now, and i have been following up with the customer care person daily but the issue still has not been resolved. I asked the customer care executive to give me the contact information of local office, but they refused to do so. I also requested them to cancel my subscription and refund my amount but they have staright away refused the same. They are always ready with new excuses each day. Everyday i hear that it will be resolved by tomorrow or today, but theres no action yet. Worst experience ever. I had recently paid 6000 for a one year plan, and now i am stuck with such third grade service.
