Above mentioned are my used id and reg number, I have requested the ion customer care on 18th of march 2016, to shift my connection from Vashi to Ulwe, as i have shifted my house from vashi to ulwe. They promised me in a day or two their executive will come over here to set the cable and configure the connection. everyday since i used to call them to get the status of my request, they used to say the agent would come over tge next day. till today (may 1st 2016) no one came here to set the connection. when ever i call the customer care, i get a msg once after the call i hung up that the issue gas been rectified.
i had made calls for more than 150 rupees to customer care even then the issue werent resolved.
i have recharged my account on 15th, but since i have shifted and they have not transfered the connection these 15 days i got it wasted.
