[Resolved]  I-On — Internet speed very worst

I am from vijayawada(jakkampudi), we are using ION since 5 years but present internet speed is very slow means worst, we recharged for 30mbps plan but getting speed less than 10mbps even first day of recharge.

wifi persons charging for everything even for new router configuration and they are not responding quickly whenever wifi is disconnected.
