[Resolved]  I-On — No quick support and customer need to wait 1 day for any issue

I have raised a ticket for internet down but no action was taken by ION local office and when called customer care they disconnect my call after bad behavior by saying you need to wait till tomorrow for resolution and not even ready to refund 1 day or extend 1 day.

Please escalate this take action against ION
