I-On — No response even after giving complaint in mobile app reg internet

I have given complaint on 4th of august, on 8th august one engineer came and said internet wire has got cut and need to be adjusted. He said, he will come on 9th august and will repair the things. Till now no one has again visited my place and rectified the complaint. This is 4th time i'm giving the complaint. Irresponsible things are happening by not rectifying the given complaints. But for renewal these people will make you irritate like anything and call to me for twice in a day or thrice in a day. If we give a complaint it is taking lot of time and very irresponsible.
