ION BROADBAND is just a joke. I paid money for 6 months and took a broadband connection in banglore on the 24th of April 2021..at the time of installation the sales manager Mr Guna made a lot of commitments regarding their service.
Due to unavoidable reasons I had to shift to Mumbai on the 2nd of August 2021..I called up Mr Guna and asked him to collect the materials on the 30th of July 2021 which he did promptly..
He asked me to send my bank acc details to CUSTOMER care via email and also asked me to inform them that I have submitted the materials to be him
.I did that on the 30th itself
I sent a detailed mail to CUSTOMERcare.[protected]@i-on.in informing them of my cancellation of internet connection and that I've handed over materials to the team and also gave complete details of my bank acc including acc no and isfc code.
Got no revert from them..
I then called up the CUSTOMER service division on 4th August and spoke to some girl..then I recieved a email from them asking me for my bank acc details and informed me that the refund will happen in 20 to 25 working days..
Bloody ###. As it is I've paid for 6 months and used the connection only for 3 months..they don't have any courtesy to even return my balance 3 months payment..over and above, they tell me that refund will happen in 30 days..which company takes 30 days to refund in this 21st century.
My suggestion to users and readers is that ION BROADBAND is very bad in returning deposits paid.. their only intention is to collect deposita from clients..kindly do not pay any depoist to them..if possible avoid taking an ION connection.. Was this information helpful? |
