Dear Sir,
i am having repted problems with my net it works fine for a week or so and then again the problem repeats, what kind of services are provided, this is effecting my wife job and my Daughters education i had upgrade recently to 40mbps also to solve the issue as your team said may be problem if with 30mbps speed is not enough ? can i know do you realy need 40mbs to run one laptop???also if you can not maintain proper services please remburse the balance money will swithc to reliance in that case
