[Resolved]  I-On — Service issue and customer care agent disconnected the call

I had issue with the service the from 17th December no service. Their tech comes without information and no responsibility as to what had happened. Again on 20th a tech came all of a sudden without informing my mom and dad are not tech savvy yet the come on odd times on 20th Dec the came in at 2pm and checked the line and just left without information when confronted by my dad they said they are going to eat food and come back at 3 no one turned up till 5 and then they say that wire is bit by rat need to pay 300 for additional wire this is a outside work if rat or and tech might have cut its ion responsibility but they are charging the customer for the safety of their wire. We pay for the service and this a things also we customer have to pay what is the use. Upon this when connected to the Customer care the women handling the call was using a scripted line plus when ask to transferred to Senior or Escalation she was just get me off the phone also was forcing me to accept a call back which i duly refused the agent was so adamant on the call back she disconnected my call

Need strick action against the company and call center
