ION had not been shifting the internet services even after regular follow up and complaints. They say they are low in staff, and ignore people s complaints. They are not even checking if the modem can be shifted to the new house or not and delaying everyday. In the current pandemic situation, work from home has increased and due to not shifting of connection, i have lost almost a week s work.
Customer care professionals are not responsive, they don't take action even after frequent complaints, they say we will inform and nothing is done. They neither provide technician s contact even as a extreme case nor transfer to a supervisor. I am regreting taking ion services. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life.
