[Resolved]  I-On — WIFI issue is still not resolved

Address:Elite enclave , D 1001 , sector 10 , Kharghar , Navi Mumbai 410210

From last 2 days my router is showing red light, tomorrow morning your technician come and check lane cable he saying your cable need to change. He said he will come back with cable at 3 pm then he never came back. Kindly help me out.
