I-On — wifi not working since last 3 days. no resolution even after several followups | |||
I had raised a complaint 3 days ago saying my wifi is not working. It's still in 'not started' status. We called up the person who had assisted us with connection, several times since last 3 days but he has been saying it will be done in half an hour, by evening, by next day etc. It's been 3 days and he has now kept his phone switched off. Worst service ever... We have recharged until october and are not able to use it at all. Also, we have faced this kind of issue multiple times before but no one is helping us with a permanent solution. Every single day the internet drops and we are feeling so helpless with no one to reach to. We are working from home and in last 5 months we had to stay off work almost 10 times due to this wifi issue. We do not get paid on days we don't work but we have paid your wifi charges already in advance. Please atleast give us proper service. Was this information helpful? | |||
