hey, iam also facing the same issue with a company named INET solutions ltd. based in Latur maharashtra. i signed a digitiliazed agreement and now asking me ransom amount and legal charges.

hey, i am also facing the same issue with a company named INET solutions ltd. based in Latur maharashtra. i signed a digitized agreement and now asking me 10, 510 rupees amount for legal charges. i am also paid this amount yesterday. today i call me again and said that if i wish to cancel my agreement with that company, they demanded me i have to pay 16, 000/- as penalty. what is the next step you think? i want file a case against this company? because i mailed them to cancel the work, but they didn't give me any reply. and in that agreement no comment about the cancellation charges.
Even I am also facing the same problem guys. Can't we raise a voice against these people? This is totally against our words and conditions.

i have paid somewhere around 50k and now asking for more 45k to close this thing. Are these people making fool of us. Can someone help?
I had already made the payment for clearing the dues, NOC charges also the termination of contract.After 3 days got the message regarding the same that we will send the legal notice again for not clearing dues.I called the number mention said the charges are for clearing the legal charges which are applied on it.i paid again and got the NOC for clearing the charges on the contract.Now again got the message asking for 45000 to clear the charges and the lady on the phone stating you paid them not us. What is this? and now got the message that legal notice will be sent on email address.Want to register the complaint regarding it and clear things out as it is getting worst and getting the pressure in my mind.

This company told me to upload my signature (Online uploaded) in one app and pasted it on 100 rs stamp paper now they are demanding 45, 000 rs for consistency fee + legal charge, they keep calling me again and again from different numbers, and that they will send legal notice to my home..
