Sir i have ordered for i8 earpods from unitech arcadia. But i received i7tws earpods order date 3rd january 2019 11.47am invoice number iep58341 and i received it on 5th january 2019 by 12.20pm by blue dart courier and it's a duplicate quality not working or pairing no sound quality i have mailed them many times but there's no reply from unitech arcadia they just say we will be in touch with you as soon as possible i have sent back the product to them by dtdc courier on 7th january 2019 i need my cash back soon from unitech arcadia authorities plz help me by getting my cash back awaiting your response
