I8 Earpods Unitech Arcadia Complaints & Reviews

I ordered i8 earpods online from vsk2 international unitech arcadia, office no 814-b, sector 49, gurgaon, hariyana on dated 28.01.2019 but when i received from blue dart courier on dated 31.01.2019 found it i7 earpods where i ordered i8 and it looks a already used one and not working properly. And its demaged piece so try to return but neither mail response nor any contact number available. I m very disappointed with this type of online services....

I ordered i8 earpods and paid rs. 1499 but received i7s earpods on january 30, 2019 (Invoice no - iepc8785, invoice dt: jan 27, 2019, order id no - iep68785). There is no return option available in the website no phone number available. Return policy states to be returned in 3 days. I want my money refund. Please help me.

Sir i have ordered for i8 earpods from unitech arcadia. But i received i7tws earpods order date 3rd january 2019 11.47am invoice number iep58341 and i received it on 5th january 2019 by 12.20pm by blue dart courier and it's a duplicate quality not working or pairing no sound quality i have mailed them many times but there's no reply from unitech arcadia they just say we will be in touch with you as soon as possible i have sent back the product...

I have received faulty product which is not working!
While buying the product they displayed name as i8 earpods and while delivering, they delivered i7 earpods!
There is no helpline number available on their website!
I have seen similar complaints on the consumer complaints website!
Their return policy is to take back products only from 3 days of delivery, today is my 1st day after delivery!
