I was given My Iball mobile 5h quadro to surat nanpura service center on 07/10/2014 due to charging problem but no one are response for it.Imei no : [protected], They service center people & their handler Mr. Avinash Patil are telling on 13/11/2014 : your mobile model are not available in our company so you are collect other model like andi 5k sparkle from our service center. ( It is very low configuration then my andi 5h quadro) & Pay difference Rs 750Rs! What is it? Openly Cheating with me! It is level & value of Iball & their service center.Spares of 5h Quadro not available in Iball company / service center It is not my problem? so Why I am paying more & accept different model then my 5h Quadro.Please Kindly do the need full for my mobile.iB-M138483, iB-CC2933 This is the complaints number on iball costumer care no one are hear my complaint
