[Resolved] iBall — negligence on replace or refund and repairing.

I have given my laptop combook i ball 14.1"marvel 6" to inspirisys solution limited services center, i submitted nearly 3 month ago. Every time i tried to check with them. The rare moment when the service center actually pick up my call they said they haven't received part required for repairing. They asked me to contact the service center, so did i, more then 5 to 10 times. The center executive being unable to given any resolution or sometime to denied, arrogant to me and quote like "# your product can't be repaired &@...#... Don't contact us me more. When i overriding to contact more, rarely give email the customer support, so did i so many times in spite of none of time did't i get back them.

So, sir /mam kindly take it very seriously as regarding of this concerned...
