This is my experience with the service center in secunderabad,
I purchased iBall Q1035 Tablet on 17th Feb 2014.
On August 6th 2015 the tablet did not start.So I took it the service center in secunderabad,
THey have taken the Tab for analysis and gave me a manual receipt and told me that they would call on me once they have identified the problem. This irresponsible service center NEVER called.I had to call them and they told over the phone that there is a mother board problem and it would cost 7500 INR!!!. I went to the service center to check how they have come to the conclusion. After inordinate delay, Upon asking the technician was connected over phone andhad rudely answered that its not necessary to explain !!! and asked me to talk to andhra telanga manager Naveen Reddy and gave me a 9 digit wrong number
I am not sure as why they cant explain their analysis which gives raise to suspicion
I am surprised at the way they are handling other customers and I am totally convinced that there are a lot of problems with many of IBall products.
I would strongly recommend NEVER TO buy any IBall Product as they do not have the basic sense of customer service and all their products are of are of inferior quality. Was this information helpful? |
