That I had purchased a tablet PC Slide 6351-040I in the month of July 2015. Since the purchase, the set was hanging repeatedly and there was a problem in charging the battery also. Two to three times, I have visited to the service centre of Bhubaneswar to repair the set. To-day i.e. on 13/01/2017 same hanging problem arised and the service centre people are asking for charges, though my set is in the warranty period. The service people are saying due to rust inside the set there is a hanging problem and the rust is due to entering of water into the set. But I am not agree with the water issue. The set itself is giving problem since purchase. My set kindly be changed as my set in the warranty period of one year.
