iBall — faulty tablet at service center for last 2 months | |
My iball tablet was given to repair at your service center in dec. Complaint # [protected]c001 After 15 days, i have been told that parts are not available hence refund will be given. I had submitted cancelled cheque and invoice for the same. With that information i had purchased a new tablet. After one month when i inquired about my refund, they are providing a replacement. I do not want a replacement now since i already purchased a new tablet based on refund commitment from iball. I want my refund at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
