iBall — Frequent failure of newly purchased tablet | |||
My tablet iball slide avid imei no - [protected] again became unserviciable in the first week of april this year. But due to nationwide lock down, no service center was opened. The warranty period expired in the lock down. As a genuine customer i request you (Iball company) to extend the warranty period of the tablet so that when service center will be opened then the tablet can be rectified under warranty. This is third time the tablet became unserviceable in 11 months. Most time it remainend at service center. So i advise iball company to look after the matter very seriously and investigate the whole lot of the tablet. Due to frequent failure of iball products causing bad name of the company. Due to frequent failure of tablets i am unsatisfied with the product and demand for the refund of my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
