On inquired in this regard, the Customer care ask me to wait another one week to get the said product due to non availability of iBall Andi 5M Xotic 2GB 2150mAh Battery. I have bought a new gorgeo 4gl tab and used it almost 3 months in that tab OTA services r not working and software is not upgrading at all they says your ROM creator does not allowed your ROM to take OTA updates u r cheating with customers please help me as soon as possible

Till today iBall Andi 5M Xotic 2GB 2150mAh Battery yet to be received.It is 3 months battery is not available, i call the complaint no it takes more than 10 minutes to get through but thay say the same thing battery is not available you will have to wait more 15 days.
It is more than 3 months Iball is not having battery very strange.I am not able to use the phone.
Service is very very bad and i would like u to take some precaution so that customer is not take for a ride.
