I had power charging issue with iball tablet 4g2 and handed over to service centre in bangalore in Feb 2020 and till now issue is not resolved. I have been following up with service centre since march and there was no replacement of spare parts to them and as per them there was no update on this from iball support. He told me to follow up with iball customer care and since then I am calling customer care and finally I got response from call centre on 18th Aug for replacement. Now again you are telling me that issue is closed in March only then why there is no update from service centre or from customer care. Please share me the proof of the delivery of spare part to service centre as service centre is telling me that no spare part is delivered and he is not getting any support from iball team. Never seen the worst customer support like this before and no one has any clue on this... Was this information helpful? | |
