This mailing is just a brief for solution, may be, to a rarest occurance.
I have opted for iBall iTAB Moviez Pro 4 G RAM and 64 GB RAM 10.1 inch with Wi-Fi + 4 G Tablet vide Invoice No. FA[protected] Dt.[protected] ordered Through M/s. SILVERINTEGRATION PVT LTD thro Flipkart.
I have received the Tab bearing IMEI / Sr. No.[protected].
The product got delivered with defective SIM SLOT and after lot of enquiries and a Month's time a I could finally locate the service centre. (SAI MOBILES) They were very courteous and after more than a Month's time I have received the TAB serviced. I have noticed teen on that FOG like shadow appears while charging and also when switch on the TAB.
Finally a couple of days ago the TAB Failed to charge the Battery.
And again I have approached the customer care and handed over for rectification.
I am aware and accept that product failures are imminent & rare and I am aware of the brand reputation. I strongly feel after letting down twice in short period that I am delivered a rejected/defective piece initially.
I have not only inconvenienced but also lost close to quarter of guarantee/warranty period and hope that you will considerate and thoroughly investigate and return me a perfect TAB.
