[Resolved] iBall — iball not able to replace my 5.1 damaged remote | |||
I have purchsed an iball 5.1 music system, 5years back. Somehow the remote got damaged externally, for which i am unable to change the volumes of the sound box. I had physically contacted their service centre 6 months back, however the issue have not reaolved yet. I have contacted their online customer desk as well and no one is able to resolve this issue. Without the remote the system is not working properly. I want a replacement of the remote or the whole music system which ome is preferable. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Sep 06, 2017 iBall Customer Care's response With reference to the complaint, our Kolkata service center is arranging the required remote of 5.1 Booster, once it is arranged we will inform the customer and same has been informed to the customer through our email id "customer.[protected]@iball.co.in"
