iBall — iball router not replaced since 1 month

Submitted my router in thane service centre on 5th nov and still not received my router.
Its been more than a month but there is no update on when will i get the replaced router.

There is no response from service centre, customer care is busy all the time and call is disconnected automatically after 10 mins. Also there is not revert on email.
